The Process

Fill out our short baker application. Tell us what you make, your experience, and your availability.
We review your application and may request a small portfolio or sample order to confirm quality and reliability.
Once approved, we match qualified orders to your specialty and availability. You accept, we confirm with the customer.
Fulfill the order, hand it off, and receive payment. That's it. We handle everything else.

Good to Know
Baker compensation is agreed upon before each order and is based on complexity, quantity, and your pricing. We work with your rates — not against them. You'll always know what you're earning before you accept an order.
Not necessarily. Texas Cottage Food laws allow certain home-baked goods to be sold directly to consumers. We recommend consulting a food business attorney to confirm your products qualify. We can help point you in the right direction.
Absolutely. We only send orders that match your specialty and availability. You're never obligated to accept an order. We ask that you let us know as early as possible so we can reassign if needed.
Custom Sweets Collective operates as the face of every order. Your identity is kept confidential as part of our concierge model. This protects both you and the integrity of our network.
